You scanned the banner. Hi.

Curious about peptides?Good. Stay curious.

Live Better Wellness covers peptide science, training, food, and sleep. I read the clinical trials and the Health Canada notices, then write up what holds. No miracle claims.

The call is free, 30 minutes, and educational only. No medical advice.

The 60-second version

Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Some are approved medicines you've heard of, semaglutide and tirzepatide among them. Some are investigational drugs in real clinical trials. And some are research compounds with big reputations built almost entirely on rat studies and gym talk.

Most of what you'll hear about peptides blends those three categories into one sales pitch. This site exists to keep them apart. Every compound has a guide covering what it is, what the human evidence shows, and where it stands with Health Canada.

Two things you won't find here: dosing instructions for unauthorized compounds, and testimonials dressed up as proof.

The question everyone has:
“okay, but where?”

Health Canada has warned against injecting peptides bought online. Most grey-market vials are the gamble you'd guess, and most suppliers won't publish a certificate of analysis. Which is why only one of them gets named on this site.

One email a week. Two minutes to read.

New guides, the studies behind them, and whatever I got wrong last week. Unsubscribe whenever.
